Brooklands Technology Park planning consent granted

Planning consent has been granted for a new technology and business development at Sywell Aerodrome in Northamptonshire. Robothams have acted as architect and agent for the planning application following a design competition held earlier in the year.

The scheme will create 51,000 sq.ft of mixed B1, B2 and B8 floor space with a focus on technology and aviation businesses to complement the airfield’s existing community of companies.

More information is available at the Technology Park’s website link here.

Work begins on Kingswood Place, Lapworth

Construction work is progressing on A C Lloyd Homes’ residential scheme in Lapworth, on a site bordered by countryside and leafy canals. Robothams Architects have designed the scheme’s 38 new dwellings in a contemporary style drawing on the rural context and using local materials. The houses are generating a considerable amount of interest from purchasers with a sales suite opening in May.

Further information is available on the project’s website.
