The site is positioned on a main arterial route into Stratford upon Avon and sits immediately adjacent to the Stratford upon Avon canal and the conservation area. The accommodation has been designed over 4 storeys around a central parking courtyard accessed off the Clopton Road to the rear.

Robothams Architects have been involved in the project from feasibility stage through to receipt of planning approval. The project has now been procured under a Design and Build form of contract with Robothams Architects novated to the main contractor, Deeley Construction.
