Master planning
As private and public bodies have realised the importance of strategic planning for their assets we have developed a team with expertise in master-planning and urban design. Major regeneration projects such as Diglis Waters in Worcester and The Cape in Warwick, have reinvigorated brown field sites, bringing homes and jobs to the local community.
We have master-planned colleges, schools and universities across the Midlands embracing their aspiration to be more legible, open and coherent. This work has had to balance tight site constraints with a desire to replace tired building stock and create a 21st Century atmosphere within the campus or site.
We approach master-planning through consultation, detailed site analysis, 3D modelling and exhibitions of our work. Early engagement with users, the community and stakeholders such as the local planning authorities all feed into the process of developing a successful plan.
The outcomes are master-plans which are robust, feasible and create a strong vision for our clients. Our strategic alliances with other consultants mean they integrate landscape, services, highways and access issues seamlessly to achieve all of the clients objectives.
