Within the Stratford-upon-Avon waterfront regeneration and conservation area we were commissioned to design a new office building with ground level retail use.  This contemporary building creates a focal point on entry to the town from the North and was short-listed for the ‘Celebration of Excellence’ award.  The brief for the development was to create a high quality, contemporary office building which created and maximised an active frontage to Bridgeway, and also contributed to the improvement of the overall urban environment.  The building is faced with cream coloured render echoing the rendered facades that are evident within Stratford-upon-Avon town centre and has an articulated roof zone in grey metallic cladding.

The project was delivered using a Design & Build contract in conjunction with the main contractor, John Sisk.  It provides four storeys of office and retail accommodation which was pre-let to Needham & James Solicitors and Knight Frank.  The building is steel framed with concrete floors and a masonry and cladding external envelope.
