A commendation was received from the Cheltenham Civic Society in the Improvement to the Built or Landscaped Environment category for Benton and Ireton, Pavilion Gardens and Harefield Court.

The scheme, developed by Laing Homes Ltd, involved the renovation and conversion of existing villas together with new residential development and featured many period details with classical proportions.
