The practice have just obtained planning consent for a new residential care home at the site of the town’s Abbacourt Hotel.

The scheme will see the majority of the existing building demolished and a state of the art home built for 53 residents. The scheme will be occupied by Methodist Homes for the Aged who will operate it for the frailest in Leamington’s community.

In addition the practice has been appointed to prepare the working drawings for a Care Home operated by BUPA in Stratford Upon Avon.
