In June the practice submitted an application for planning and conservation area consent for a new commercial development for client, City Spirit.

The scheme includes bars and restaurants at ground floor with a business enterprise centre on the upper floors. The development forms part of the town’s cultural uplift project and will act as a catalyst for adjacent projects such as the refurbishment of the Spencer Street Church for the Loft Theatre.
