Stratford District Council have backed the proposals by ABD Developments and Orbit Housing to replace a redundant office building on the Birmingham Road with 82 one and two bedroom apartments. Catering for a need in the town for keyworker housing the scheme addresses a key route into the town and the canal which forms the northern boundary. The main contract works will be undertaken by Deeley Construction.
